Happy Monday dancers! Here is our schedule for the week.
Tuesday
6:15-7:15pm: Foundations Omis. Focusing on pelvic tilts and combining them with vertical hips, we will work through our internal hip circles.
7:15-8:45pm: Advanced Student Building on our Foundations class, we will add travel steps to our omis and end with a combo.
